You
At 5:41 PM you said "I'm gonna finish this thing up. It's done, probably, while we're talking. And I'll send it to you." At 5:43 you said "I will shoot you the skills and stuff. I'll send you a lot of stuff in a minute." At 5:25 you said "what I'm gonna send you is an interactive deck for your thing." The transcript does not say whether these are one package or three. Agree what goes and in what order before anything is sent.
At 4:37 you offered Mike an agent in iMessage. At 4:58 you said "I just sent you an invite." The invite link was created at 4:58 PM and handed to you to pass on. Whether Mike received it is not confirmed anywhere.
At about 5:29 to 5:31 you said you are adding Cialdini as an advisor (you have 12) and that you will reverse-engineer Tim Draper's method for testing ideas: "Of course, I'm going to do that." You described running proposals past advisor personas as a murder board. No owner or date. Agree owner if you want it done.
At 5:42 you asked when his meeting with "them" is. Mike said "Wednesday? Thursday?" and you said "I want to know how it goes." The other party is not named. A check-in after Thursday is the natural follow-up, but no date was set.
You said you would send him a lot in a minute. Say what to send: the finished piece, the interactive deck, the skills, or all three. Nothing has gone to Mike from here.
In the UCSB scoring stretch (5:27 to 5:29) the lines are attributed to Mike but read like your scoring of his pitch. The 5:40 line "I'm going into a meeting, just give me the talking points... send it to my phone" is an example of what a client wants, not a request.
"Them" at 5:42, the party Mike is meeting Wed or Thu, is unnamed. The Hasbro and Sixth Wall lines come from the pitch text, not from Mike's own remarks. Treat the pitch scoring as your reading, not Mike's.
Mike
At 5:03 Mike said "I'll send you an example. I will send you an example, and I'll even give you the whole skill that I put together." He was describing AI-made training video. At 5:04 he added he would also "send you the behind-the-scenes thing." Watch for these.
At about 5:19 Mike said he took your material and made "a playbook for you" with an executive summary, and is "turning that into a deck." He asked whether he is "high on my own supply." No date for the deck.
At about 5:37 Mike said he wants "a few more rounds" of refining the pitch, "polishing, and sanding, and waxing." No date or format.
Owner to agree
At 5:27 to 5:29 the UCSB test was run on Mike's pitch for CC-C and scored 69 out of 100. Unique 22, compelling 19, believable 16, sustainable 12. You said "Fix all of that to get me to 90. And then I'll send you that." The speaker labels in this stretch are mixed, so who is doing the fixing is unclear. Agree owner.
